CPGS views the Pakistan-Saudi defence pact as a strategic asset that can underwrite regional peace rather than escalation. By converting deterrence into dialogue through a Pakistan-facilitated Consultative Group, securing the Strait of Hormuz and prioritising collective diplomacy, this roadmap counters divisive external agendas and charts an Ummah-centric path to enduring stability. Immediate high-level engagement is essential.
