Once more, I thank any new followers of mine for thinking my thought in any way important enough to offer a passing thought on your timelines.
Currently, we are focusing on events on the Russo-Ukrainian War, but do note that at times I do interact with +18 accounts. Be warned!
Still baffled that Elon was able to sucker so many people into valuing his corporations at a trillion dollars when heās fundamentally just using 1960s technology that NASA already mastered for cheaper.
Christopher Nolan on AI:
āIāve never seen a more rapid wholesale dismissal of a supposedly foundational jump in technology in my lifetime. So much energy has been expended on bringing in AI, but if you look at that generationās reaction, theyāre utterly rejecting it. [My childrenās] judgment of AI slop has been immediate and harsh. They see it for what it is very quickly ā and itās much easier for them to identify it, because it grew out of an online world they know really well. And while that doesnāt mean that every aspect of the technology is useless or meaningless, in film-making itās hitting at exactly the wrong time. After years of driving towards heavily virtual environments, weāre seeing a renewed interest in more tactile, more real forms of storytelling.ā

Thereās a huge difference between bombing a factory because it makes weapon and bombing a factory because it pays tax revenue to the government. The latter is US Treasury sanctions logic applied to deadly weapons.
May the past few months have been kind to all!
Work has retained me for quite some while, and I've had to pull double-duty for some time, but I'll be making some more consistent presence herein soon.
May the weekend prove a pleasant one, friends!
Listen man, you canāt turn away literally every fuel ship but one since January and still say itās not a siege
For decades the embargo was called a āblockadeā despite just being a heavy sanctions regime. Trump era policy has made it an *actual* blockade

IRGC statement:
- The US attacked Qeshm Island
- In response, Iran has carried out "precise and intensive missile strikes" on US bases in Kuwait
- Further US aggression will be met with a "seismic, crushing, and decisive response"
"So, next time Trump calls you up, agree to a deal."
"Got it, Trump calls me, negotiate, bomb Kuwait."
"No! No! NO! Agree to the deal!"
"Ah, now I see. Take the call from Trump, hammer out an agreement, and then bomb Kuwait."
BREAKING!
Iran just struck US targets in Kuwait after the US struck Qeshm today. Also, alarms just went off in Bahrain, seems Iran is striking there too.
Iranian source tells me Iran has stopped playing the tit-for-tat game. Instead, it's now striking back "at least 1.5x as hard" for every attack the US against Iran.
šØ IRGC Launches Missile Strikes on U.S. Bases in Kuwait; Explosions Also Reported in Bahrain and Iraq
Iranās Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has claimed responsibility for missile strikes on U.S. military bases in Kuwait, saying the attacks were retaliation for an American strike on Qeshm Island, a strategically located island in the Strait of Hormuz.
āŖļø Kuwaitās defense ministry confirmed it is under attack from drones and missiles; Iranās state broadcaster IRIB said strikes hit both Camp Arifjan and Ali Al-Salem Airbase in at least two waves
āŖļø Eight explosions reported in Bahrain, which is also under attack, according to various monitoring accounts
āŖļø Explosions were reported near the village of Masan on the southern coast of Qeshm Island, Fars news reported
āŖļø Iran also appears to be heavily striking Iranian-Kurdish opposition groups near Erbil in northern Iraq
āŖļø Earlier, CENTCOM said U.S. forces fired a Hellfire missile into the engine room of a Botswana-flagged commercial tanker, the M/T Lexie, after its crew ignored warnings while attempting to reach Iranās Kharg Island.
CENTCOM says it has now disabled six commercial vessels and redirected 122 since imposing a naval blockade of Iranian ports on April 13.
The IRGC warned: āThe time of āstrike and runā has passed,ā adding that any further aggression āwill be met with a seismic, decisive, and crushing response.ā

The Israelis and Americans are causing mass deprivation and possibly famines in the global south and in the west people are freaking out about their investment portfolios
every day the ruling class of the United States wears a sign on them that says "I'M A MONSTER PLEASE KILL ME HERE IS A LIST OF MY CRIMES" and then they'll start passing laws that say you can arrest people for shittalking the scam they sank everyone's money into
Part of the reason that the Israelis are now pushing past the Yellow Line is that Hezbollahās FPV strikes against the Iron Dome risk opening up gaps in Israelās air defenses. This would create opportunities for rocket barrages to get through.
