@cpj_bracu was honoured to host a Friend of Bangladesh, Julian Francis OBE. #Julian gave a talk titled "Responding to the 1971 Refugee Crisis" during which he shared his efforts in coordinating Oxfam's refugee relief operations in India in 1971.
