@JulesBOnline. I returned an item over 10 days ago. You haven't refund ed me despite the website saying 1-2 days from receipt of goods? your phone number says " Mailbox full" and won't take calls. You haven't responded to emails? Any suggestions on how to actually speak to you?

@PearsonVUE You rearranged my daughters Driving theory test post covid and then cancelled it without a reason We have been trying to call you multiple times a day since 23rd April to join a call queue and be later cut off before speaking to anyone. #worstservice #useless #fuming

@PearsonVUE We have been trying to call multiple times daily since 23/4. ( 0300 2001188 and 03002001122) We have also emailed that email address at 15:40 on 30th April and havent had a response.
Can I suggest you test those phone numbers for yourself to experience it.
