@leefurney @AndrewGraystone Even if such a distinction is granted, isn't it wrong that AP was (allegedly) not asked to give first-hand testimony - either in his capacity as victim or office holder? That is the uncomfortable silence I perceive in AG's letter & your endorsement(?) of it.
