Whereas the right of people of Sarawak and Sabah were side-lined for the past sixty years, We, the people of Sarawak and Sabah declare the following:
1. The dream and promise of the Federation of Malaysia for the people of Sabah and Sarawak must be fulfilled without delay.
2. We reaffirm Sabah and Sarawak as equal partners with Malaya in the formation of the Federation of Malaysia.
3. We reaffirm the unique status of the Borneo states under article 1(2) of the Federal constitution, distinct from the 11 states in Peninsular Malaysia, as enshrined in the Malaysia Agreement 1963.
4. We reaffirm that Sabah and Sarawak each possess exclusive territorial rights over the resources that are within their own territorial boundaries.
5. We reaffirm that every community in Sabah and Sarawak the right to their distinct unique cultural and ceremonial expression, identity and language.
6. We reaffirm that Sabah and Sarawak as secular states, multireligious society as promised by our forefathers.
7. We reaffirm that all Sabahans and Sarawakians are equal citizens, and we reject all forms of racism, religious intolerance, and supremacist ideology.
8. We urge the leaders of Sabah and Sarawak to take the initiative and fulfil the state's autonomy within the Federation of Malaysia as promised by our founding fathers.
9. We reaffirm the fundamental right of Sabahans and Sarawakians to determine their own future.
10. We affirm our commitment to build a modern, secular, democratic, progressive and sustainable future for all Sabahans and Sarawakians.

My advice to Malaysia is as long as migrant workers are not given equal labour protections & benefits, our labour market will capitalise on this and “exploit”. This results in poor labour deals & options for Malaysian workers. So we must fight for ALL workers together.
