@yoursclothing what’s the point of paying extra for next day delivery when you don’t get it the next day. Order something yesterday when I track it says will be delivered Monday. Basically stealing money from people. Don’t want it now as needed it before then!!

@TravelodgeUK just stayed at Preston central. Probably up there with one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. corridors smelled like vomit, the corridor of our room stunk of weed, not ideal when you have kids asking what the smell is. people outside Smoking it!!

@British_Airways my flight was cancelled so I put in compensation claim! When I track my case it says case resolved. Closed. I’ve had no email or anything stating how it’s been resolved. Can you help?

@British_Airways my flight from Mco to Gatwick has been cancelled and I’ve been put on another flight. Trying to phone but can’t get through as want to know if we’ll be sat together as not having my young children split up

@HiltonHotels can I ask your policy on a child having a nosey bleed and spot of blood on bedsheet? I was charged £50 for this which I think is ridiculous!concierge was comparing it to me breaking a Kettle which is totally different to what happened. Very disappointed in this

@premierinn had booked two nights at old Trafford and as our flight was delayed the room got cancelled as a no show!! We had to pay for another night and manager said she’d refunded Original payment. Still not returned to my bank. Can you advise?

@premierinn tried to call old Trafford about 100 times and always says reception is busy. We are arriving at four AM Monday morning and concerned we’ll be locked out/ classed as a no show
