Educators: in what ways is your practice actively anti-racist? It’s not enough to be not racist. It’s not enough to “diversify” the curriculum/images/texts. You cannot be anti-racist until to learn to see how racism is designed into everything we do. You have to design it out.

We need urgent intervention from our political leaders. No screening to assess the young people. Schools not able to manage the behaviour, just leads to an increase in exclusions.
