For reference slack, 416.5 mb + zoom, 261.5 mb is already nearly the same. Ignoring basic build files / packages but I think it makes sense.

I don't think this is true. Modern billionaires are invested in companies whose scale isn't easily visualized, like a large building or school.
The scale of something like Amazon, Meta, OpenAI is probably incomprehensible compared to the physical structures you're referencing, just not easily seen.
