@knifemaker937 @Mogyimii I used to do 10am-6pm 4 days a week and got every Friday Saturday and Sunday off. The other shifts were 10am-6pm with every Saturday Sunday and Monday off. It was great for making appointments and for extended time away from work. I would easily do it again.

Yes some slaughterhouses do both halal and non halal meat. Just change the slaughter person and use the stunning equipment, it’s actually really simple to do.

@SandDancer9 @blaiklockBP @waitrose Not all animals killed in the slaughterhouse are sws. Some are and some aren’t. Just because the code shows the supply halal doesn’t mean all meat is halal.

The code is only used to show where it was either slaughtered or packaged. All slaughterhouses use codes around Europe

The company more than likely sells all sws meat to halal or kosher stores or supermarkets rather than Waitrose

I don’t agree with not stunning but at the moment there isn’t a law against not stunning for Kosher or Halal reasons
