“I gave up everything I had to stop this. I am asking you to use the power you have to finish it.”
Former FBI, Director James Comey and I are both charged with the same crime; lying to Congress .He is allowed to turn himself in 10 days after being charged in private .My home is raided by 29 FBI agents at 6 AM to arrest me. CNN is there to film it LIVE
Ilhan Omar's home is raided at 6 AM. CNN does nothing but complain about it as a threat to democracy.
Two tiered Justice?
When you decide to not vote, and Democrats win, this is the result, and much more.
If you want your loved ones to live in a country like this, then you're sick!
We must get out and vote to preserve as much of the Republic as we can. It will take generations to fix this country.
We can't sit back and do nothing.
We must fight, fight, fight!
In 1931, British researchers measured two neighboring Kenyan tribes living side by side—and found that the cattle-herding pastoralists stood five inches taller, weighed 23 pounds more, and were 50% stronger than their farming neighbors.
The Medical Research Council report by John Boyd Orr and J.L. Gilks compared the Maasai, whose traditional diet centered on milk, meat, and blood from their cattle, with the Kikuyu, whose diet was built mainly on maize, millet, sweet potatoes, and other plant foods. The Maasai diet delivered substantially more protein, fat, and calcium; the Kikuyu diet was heavy in carbohydrate and relatively low in those nutrients.
The physical gap was stark. Full-grown Maasai men averaged five inches taller and 23 pounds heavier than Kikuyu men, with dynamometer tests showing roughly 50% greater muscular strength. The researchers noted that both genetics and nutrition almost certainly played roles and that the two influences could not be fully disentangled. Disease patterns diverged as well: bony deformities, dental caries, anemia, lung problems, and tropical ulcers were more common among the Kikuyu,
The study remains one of the clearest early documented contrasts between a predominantly animal-based pastoral diet and a carbohydrate-heavy agricultural diet in the same region—showing the pastoralists taller, heavier, and stronger.
If you want to know why America is polarized, it’s the fault of the media.
Yesterday, the Free Beacon, a conservative outlet, caught Abdul Sayed in a lie when Abdul denied his family had a connection to the Muslim Brotherhood. The FB showed a tweet by his own sister saying their mother belonged to the MB.
The revelation that Abdul lied about his family ties to a radical Islamic terrorist group was ignored by NBC, ABC, CBS’s nightly news shows. The NYT and WP haven’t covered it.
This should be a screaming front page story. Instead, the MSM runs cover for Abdul.
The American people just want to know the truth about their politicians. Instead, the media are helping Abdul cover up the truth.
Abdul has a lot to hide. It’s a tragedy the MSM is part of the team helping him hide it.
Scoop: I was told by people tied to a very big campaign that my account is being mass reported because it’s making Democrats and Republicans in certain states look bad for embracing Islam and not doing anything to stop it.
People do not like me exposing the Islamization of America taking place.
If this is actually true, I’m going to work that much harder to hold everyone accountable. 🇺🇸 😎
Edward is one of the wisest men I've ever met, which is all the more impressive given his own age.
When DOGE hired him, he was a teenage genius whose maternal grandfather had been executed by KGB.
I'm merely a middle aged nobody.
It's an extraordinary honor to have him write the foreword to Unelected, and an equally amazing honor to have the words "Big Balls" on the cover of my very first book.
If you didn’t say anything when Democrats ARRESTED A PRESIDENT nobody cares what you think about busting a Congresswoman who found her husband on “23 and Me.”
For decades, plant-based advocates insisted saturated fat was a dietary poison that clogged arteries and shortened lives. Then one of the largest nutrition studies ever conducted arrived and refused to cooperate.
The Prospective Urban Rural Epidemiology (PURE) study followed 135,335 adults aged 35–70 from 18 countries spanning five continents—high-, middle-, and low-income nations alike. Over a median of 7.4 years, researchers documented nearly 5,800 deaths and almost 4,800 major cardiovascular events. Diets were assessed with food-frequency questionnaires, and participants were grouped by quintiles of carbohydrate and fat intake.
The results, published in The Lancet in 2017, upended conventional wisdom. Higher total fat intake was linked to a 23% lower risk of total mortality. Saturated fat specifically showed an inverse association: those in the highest quintile had a 14% lower risk of dying from any cause compared with the lowest quintile, plus a reduced risk of stroke. Total fat and saturated fat showed no significant link to myocardial infarction or cardiovascular death. By contrast, the highest carbohydrate intakes were associated with a 28% higher risk of total mortality.
The authors noted that these findings stood in contrast to longstanding dietary guidelines that had demonized saturated fat. The sheer scale and geographic diversity of PURE made the results hard to dismiss as a niche Western phenomenon.
Plant-based advocates and low-fat proponents reacted with urgency. Critiques poured out from academic nutrition centers and plant-focused organizations, emphasizing confounding by poverty (high-carb diets in poorer regions), the limitations of observational data, and self-reported intake. Some argued the study changed nothing or was misleading. The intensity of the pushback underscored how directly PURE challenged decades of messaging that had elevated plant foods while casting animal fats as uniquely harmful.
In a field long dominated by consensus rather than consistent outcome data, PURE’s size and findings forced a reckoning: saturated fat was not the mortality risk it had been portrayed to be.
The raid against Ilhan Omar had nothing to do with her speech and everything to do with her conduct.
Misuse of campaign funds: Minnesota regulators found that she improperly used campaign money for personal accounting expenses and travel, ordering repayment of $3,469.23 and a $500 civil penalty.
Improper joint tax filings: The campaign-finance investigation documented joint returns with Ahmed Hirsi for 2014 and 2015, although she was legally married to Ahmed Nur Said Elmi.
Alleged personal enrichment through campaign payments to her husband’s firm: Campaign filings showed $2.78 million in payments over approximately 15 months to E Street Group, co-owned by Tim Mynett.
Feeding Our Future—campaign donations from people implicated in the scheme: Campaign records documented $5,400 from two donors whom FBI affidavits identified as controlling shell companies that received $1.1 million in child-nutrition money.
Feeding Our Future—a reported former campaign worker’s fraud conviction: Guhaad Hashi Said, reported to have worked on her campaigns, pleaded guilty to wire-fraud and money-laundering conspiracies in August 2025. DOJ records establish that his operation obtained approximately $2.9 million through fraudulent meal claims.
Feeding Our Future—communications between her office and defendants: Minnesota fraud-oversight chair Kristin Robbins stated that texts and emails between Omar’s office and defendants appeared in the United States v. Bock trial exhibits, and sought those communications through a congressional subpoena request.
Alleged refusal to cooperate with the Feeding Our Future inquiry: Robbins alleged that Omar refused requests for records and an interview, prompting her request for federal congressional intervention.
Alleged marriage fraud: The allegation concerns her legal marriage to Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, who may be her brother, alongside irregularities in her marriage and tax timeline.
Alleged immigration fraud: Reuters reports that federal investigators searched her home on October 12, 2026, with the investigation including childhood immigration paperwork completed by her father.
Alleged false financial disclosures: Her original congressional disclosure valued assets at $6 million–$30 million, while the amended filing reduced them to $18,004–$95,000.
Stop it.
