@virginmedia This was today. I was offered a deal keeping my existing equipment. When I phoned back 45 mins later i was told that price could no longer be matched as I'd been quoted an in-call price that meant I'd lose my 2nd box (a tivo). Not what I'd been told before

@kmcatamney I downloaded my NHS certificate (the one for travel that has two barcodes in it). I snipped a pic of the second barcode and saved that as a file. Uploaded that to the site and success! Should get the EU cert within 5 days... fingers crossed!
