@IDPharmacometrx@AFlanneryPharmD@mtbastin@Miano81@erin_barreto One of my residents did a retrospective review comparing AKI in cefepime vs pip/tazo -> no difference. If pip/tazo does cause renal injury, it’s probably only a marginal increase in risk in my opinion
@Rx_KaileighC Find programs that meet your priorities and interests (size, rotations, location) and map them out. Prioritize visiting them later in the showcase time period- the initial rush will be over (when you will be fighting for face time), and you can get undivided attention.
@SC_Pharmacist@ASHPOfficial@PC_Pharmacy We will be at the Midyear Residency Showcase and plan on having a virtual showcase the following week. We are still finalizing those details. We have Inpatient and Am Care PGY-1 tracks. Check out our program for more info! https://t.co/NnjSwzypAK
@JeffLittle76 Share the same concerns. In my experience, in person interactions provide greater insight into an individual that is difficult to see virtually. So don’t want to exclude that part of the decision making process

@Jusrangers If we had recommended vaccines for >65 and ppl w co-morbidities, and simply offered to anyone else, we would have had the same medical benefit without the harm in public trust
