For Morris, in a positive sense, labor should be about hope: for rest, for the creation of product, for enjoying the work itself. Factories should enable this. ... the past few days I've been experimenting with a SDD style workflow that maintains an architecure definition in markdown OKF leveraging some c4 and ISO quality concepts. Already got something working that shows a lot of promise, but working on refactoring to use something like SysMLv2 to avoid NIH syndrome. @addymakes @aarondfrancis my experimental theory was that AI would make such an approach accessible/affordable. I was right - it brings it within reach. However, in practice these quality requirements need to be co-located with the architecure specification. One big bang file has too many problems.
