@olymichael@MaahirMomtaz12@Lewchube@MadZygardeCore It wasn't lost media, it was released only to internal use, it's the same as the teraleak, one was obtained by purchasing it, the other stealing it, but a leak nonetheless.
@MadZygardeCore@Lewchube You shouldn't, it is a leak, it was released without the permission of game freak, and it wasn't distributed to the public, only for internal use. If you disclose internal information from a company it is a leak, which can cause civil and legal issues.
@circuscryptid@incidental49A@LittleMoonBoy1@aDrive_tK What would you call it if not a leak? It's a product that is only for internal use, someone sold it and it got to the internet. If you purchase a game ahead of release date and upload it to the internet, it's a leak, even if you purchased it legally. Lewtwo is in trouble.
@circuscryptid@PopsicleSlay@LittleMoonBoy1@aDrive_tK It wasn't obtained legally, it's a product not available to the public, only to game freak employees, everyone outside isn't permitted to own it. The first in legal problems is the one who sold it, the second is the one who leaked it, like Lewtwo.
@imuttjx@incidental49A@LittleMoonBoy1@aDrive_tK No, being out doesn't make it legal. It just means that the person who sold it shouldn't and can get into legal problems, the same as those who leaked it to the internet. And it's still copyright infringement. (I got blocked by Lewtwo because of that comment lol)
@incidental49A@LittleMoonBoy1@Lewchube@aDrive_tK But the disc wasn't available to the public. That's the same as saying that you purchased a hard drive on eBay and it contained the files of the teraleak. It's still a leak even if you purchased it from a listing.
