So Winchester can... but Frederick County can’t? This just proves that it can be done, there are safe ways of going about this locally, and there are options that can be given to student athletes at the discretions of their parents. #LetUsPlay
FCPS just practically took away the one thing the students use as an outlet. I guarantee you this decision will be more detrimental to students than participating in VHSL sports would have been. & they will continue to deprive our seniors of everything else too. #LetUsPlay
Girls' 🏀: #JamesWood has hired Sanford Silver as its new coach. Silver has 25 years of AAU coaching experience with NHB Ballers out of Stephens City (six state titles) and spent the last three winters coaching Shenandoah Valley Christian Athletics.

I don’t think parents understand how much pressure there is on teenagers today. get a job, play a sport and succeed it in, but keep your grades up too. don’t forget to maintain a social life, and also you have chores when you get home.
