GTM is not virality.
Right now, I am building a GTM engine for a company that only wants to work with businesses doing €100M+ in revenue and with 200+ employees.
This is how it worked out.
They did not ask for founder-led content. They did not ask for a launch campaign. They did not ask for reels.
They needed a system to identify the right enterprise accounts, understand what is happening inside them, and earn the attention of the people who can actually make decisions.
So this is where we started.
First, we built a verified company database across Germany.
Then we added hard filters and gates to remove anything outside the ICP.
We do not treat every company inside the ICP as equal.
We score them in five tiers.
A to D are still potential fits, ranked from strongest to weakest. E is outside the market and does not get worked.
Then we research the accounts.
What has changed in the last 3 to 9 months? What are they building, hiring for, changing, or struggling with? What agencies, tools, and systems are already in the picture?
After that, we map the buying committee.
Not just job titles.
We look for the people who can sponsor, champion, influence, block, or ultimately approve a decision.
Then we verify the data, enrich the right contacts, and build a hypothesis:
Why this company? Why this person? Why now?
Only then is outreach worth doing.
This is the part people skip when they talk about GTM.
They jump straight to content, cold emails, or a launch.
But none of that matters if you are speaking to the wrong company, the wrong person, at the wrong time.
The full GTM loop starts before the first message and continues after it.
Research creates the hypothesis. Outreach tests it.
Conversations show what is real. Pipeline and revenue show what actually works.
That feedback improves the ICP, scoring, research, and messaging for the next cycle.
The first version of this system took months to build for a 20-year-old legacy media company.
Now, with AI increasing the research throughput and a human reviewing the actual judgment calls, we can identify 20 to 30 relevant decision-makers a day.
Not random contacts.
People inside a tiered market, connected to a real company context, with a reason a conversation could matter now.
Tip of the iceberg for a gtm engine.

"The magic you're looking for is within the work you're avoiding".
Heard this quote years ago nd it always seems to somehow find its way into my life.
Either through my own achievements or my peers.
Having nothing to lose and hence having everything to gain is truly a freeing mindset.
Such a mindset allows you to realise that building anything requires you to be able to face any criticism with a growth mindset.
Allowing you to beat insurmountable odds.
Having a change of environment to work in from time to time is honestly a great way to be productive and get work done.

One of the major triggers for a consumer to buy something is clearly understanding the result and that should be what you always lead with.
Building with AI has taught me so many things within the past few months. Mainly the fact that not knowing a particular framework or technology is not a limiter anymore and that you can learn and build anything. Building tools with your own personal touch will be the future.
Had issues with common CRM tools pricing and features so I built my own. One which automatically updates simply with screenshots of your outreach message and or connection request. Hoping to reduce the friction of manually updating your leads and unifying them across platforms.

Context switching doesn't just waste time.
It fragments your thinking
you never fully leave the last task
you never fully arrive at the next one.
You're always half-present, everywhere.
