@rachbarnhart I love Wegmans. When I get exceptional service, I like to let the store manager know. I recently did this and learned that they no longer compensate their employees. If you take away the incentive to go above and beyond, you will get average service. You can do better!

@ineedanothernap There is a series of books for kids about a boy named Joey Pigza. It is from his view of having ADHD and how he feels when he can’t control himself then takes meds and feels better. Helped me to understand some of my students better.

3. No passing to the next grade just for the sake of everyone going on to the next grade
4. The amount of testing is insane!
5. Is the paperwork necessary?
6. Too much admin
7. Always ask “How does this benefit the children?”
