Dear @airindia it’s really disappointing to see how you create a situation where you make us beg for the money YOU owe us.
As per EC regulations, we are entitled for the compensation for the flight disruption that happened on October 19 (Frankfurt to New Delhi). Such a shame!!

@airindia Flight AI120 from Frankfurt to New Delhi suddenly cancelled without prior notification. No updates for rebooking even after one day. After repeatative calling at Helpdesk they did not help even after mentioning that visa is going to expire. Please help

@airindia Flight AI120 from Frankfurt to Delhi on 19th October 2023 did not take off due to issues with the aircraft. Passengers are still stuck at Frankfurt, with no information on next steps. Many have missed important life events due to the unfortunate situation. Please help.

It’s been over two days about 200 passengers are trying to fly from Frankfurt to Delhi with @airindia . 1st delay was due to a critical technical issue and we understand but then why the second time? That is +36 hrs

@NS_online I meant charging points for laptops or mobiles. Points where I can plugin charging cables to charge my devices. I don't see it anywhere.
