@regulatorynerd I was wrong, I was in 21F (dynamic island doesn’t lie).
Tell me this - how can you have “Confirm” details and “Confirm” I agree with all terms on a single “Confirm” button? seems problematic to me. Conclusion was the checkbox style separating ECA and Account Agreements is best.
@michaelzlin@MinyiShen i wish it was easier to be green, especially here. look up NEM 3.0 if you want to be further enraged at how CA residents are basically disincentivized to install solar. 😔
@michaelzlin@MinyiShen I hear ya, TOU is not consumer friendly, but my spreadsheet math shows we come out ahead on the EV plan. I’m also my dad, going around turning off lights after 3p. And we shift clothes washing and the dishwasher to off peak. I wish CA made it easier and led by example.
@peter I started the exact same thing last month. I start out by saying, "I’m writing this to both of you to share some of the important things that I’ve learned over my 45 years. My hope is that there might be a few “cheat codes” for you in living a happy and fulfilling life."
@waltrcox I agree with that sentiment 💯, but haven’t seen it play out that way (yet). You’re playing with 🔥 if you think otherwise, imho. Case in point where customer funds were impacted and no known finding to the underlying sponsor bank…
@regulatorynerd Good example. Worth noting that MetaBank (issuer), wasn’t part of this CFPB order. This case was a botched processor conversion (Mastercard MPTS being the ‘converting to’ issuer processor). Findings the processor and program manager (Rush). But how does the issuer dodge this?!?
