My Apple account shows multiple purchases but I don’t have a ticket and I get error 3 when I attempt to buy again (done in desperation because I have four little boys who think we are playing in 30 minutes)

We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app (on two different iPhones). We have also tried purchasing from my husbands iTunes account and that didn’t work either. None of the purchases we have made are pending anymore but still nothing in the account.

@NianticHelp Help! My sons Pokémon account will not let us buy anything in the shop. Apple account shows 4 event tickets and 200coins bought but nothing is in PokémonGo and it won’t let us buy again. Event starts in 2 hours and I have four little boys who want a Gengar.
