@UPS it would be great if I actually received an info notice so I could update the delivery address. Now it’s stuck somewhere and even your customer service can’t help. Pick up apparently isn’t even an option. Oh and it’s medication. So thanks.

I always thought the price we pay for goods and services should be calculated to include the compensation for employees. Not to tack on more fees

@ATTHelp Yeah, it says my numbers are eligible. I’ve ordered online twice to be cancelled, worked with a rep online. She tried whatever with the port department. Nothing. But apparently the store can do this?

@ATT why do you make it so difficult for a person to actually switch to your company? The ONLY way to keep my numbers is to go into a store? Online and online help can’t do it? Seriously? I guess you really don’t want business from people. 😒

@EmmaDanielle4 @krupali I asked the same thing…as someone that’s had multiple back surgeries….uhhh what on Earth was wrong? Why was he driving? I couldn’t drive that soon after surgery and not just from pain meds but from pain and I had to wear a back brace. I live very close to Tulsa. This is so sad.
