The image (pic -1) of a young man with a saffron turban on his forehead, shouting and holding a rod in his hand, is the most viral image of the last two decades.

Seeing this, you will feel that this great warrior must have wreaked havoc on his enemies, carrying forward the tradition of Alexander and Aurangzeb.

But the truth is that this great warrior did not even pluck a single hair, let alone kill anyone.

Some agenda-driven journalists paid him a small amount of money and took his picture in a warrior pose with a foreign camera. I'm not saying this, this gentleman himself said so.

He had nothing to do with Bajrang Dal or any organization, he was just trapped in the greed of two-four hundred rupees.

Well, think for yourself: who would pose for a cameraman in the middle of a riot? Who would have gone with a camera to photograph the rioters amidst that horrific bloodshed?

In 2002, it was not the era of mobile phones that anyone could take photos of in HD quality?

In fact, like a film shoot, a saffron band was tied around this brother's forehead, and then his picture was taken from eight or ten angles. Then, it was circulated as the face of saffron terror.

One such photograph (pic-2 )was of Qutubuddin Ansari. The image of Qutubuddin, weeping with folded hands, looked as if the young man was pleading for his life.

That picture also went viral...

That photo was often used on election posters to remind people of Gujarat. You may not know that the photo was taken in a police station.

Qutubuddin had gone to report a report, where journalist Arko Dutta shot the scene.

After this photo, some Bengal organizations took him to Bengal. They told the world that he was in grave danger in Gujarat. There, he worked as a laborer in a tailor's shop for a long time.

Then he returned to Gujarat....

He now owns a three-story house in Ahmedabad, where he lives with his mother, wife, and three daughters. He also owns a factory. There's no real danger...

Qutubuddin Ansari has repeatedly expressed his displeasure over the use of his photo during elections, but who listens to him? He says, "How can I tell the children why I was crying?"

What has been said is correct....

But politics will not give up its deceit and trickery, his image will keep floating.

The latest information is that these two men are close friends today. A few years ago, when Ashok Mochi opened a shoe shop with the support of the Communist Party of India, Qutubuddin Bhai came to cut the ribbon.

Nowadays, Ashok Bhai is a minor Dalit activist, a Buddhist, and a critic of Brahminism. His business may not be doing well anymore.

Riots are a disgraceful stain on any civilized society. But be assured that not everything you see is necessarily true.

She was the HR of that project whether those vulturs were working.

In the BPO and ITES sectors currently under the spotlight, process associates in HR are the engine room of the department. They handle the high-volume, repetitive, and administrative tasks that keep the employee lifecycle moving.
​While HR managers set strategy, process associates execute the day-to-day operations.
Their work involves: ​
​Onboarding and documentation: Verifying IDs, managing background checks, and ensuring new hires have signed all NDAs and company policies.
​Data management: Updating employee records in the HRMS (Human Resource Management System). And finally,
​Grievance logging: They are often the first point of contact for employee complaints. They log the issue and route it to the relevant manager or the POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) committee.

​In the #TCS Nashik case, it is alleged that Nida Khan, a process associate, was sent 78 emails regarding harassment. The investigation is now looking at why they failed to act.
