Meanwhile, forums & owners’ groups are filled with similar Harrier clutch & flywheel failures. This is not an isolated issue.

The clutch, flywheel & slave cylinder failed suddenly on the highway without any warning — a serious safety hazard for my family.
Vehicle was regularly serviced at Tata ASC, last just 3,000 km before failure, with no signs of clutch wear.

Clutch + flywheel failure at just 40K kms
Rusting doors in covered parking
Brake rotors replaced early
2 weeks stranded, only copy-paste replies
