There’s a learning curve and different speed of play going from college to the nfl. That same rule applies to the #CRE #brokerage business.

Working hours are for calls, 8am-7pm. Those are traditionally appropriate times to call and do business.

Workout early in the morning. Work all day, after hours set yourself up for success with research for the next day.

Get a routine, you don’t want to graduate and be caught flat footed, the defensive line is bigger, the corners are faster, the linebackers leave no gaps in coverage, the league is for pros. College is an amateurs game.

If you want to be successful in this industry, you must become a pro.
