@GMB water bill price rises? In 2021 South west water and Pennon Group started a £400m share buy back using profits that should have been reinvested. How did OFWAT allow this and now we face 90% price rises? Disgraceful

@GWRHelp You should be ashamed of yourselves not giving refunds for advance tickets. We have all been told to stay home so completely out of our hands. Advance tickets, in this unusual situation, should now be refundable. Not very happy!!!
