2 is the best one, Z pattern, Clean Margin (Nav and Text div have the same width). Headline didn't blend in with the white background of house (Accessibility). The only beneficial changes may be to wrap up the top menu in a container maybe with a BG blur (for Nav links contrast), and perhaps reduce the 3 CTA buttons in the hero section to 2 buttons, (clear CTA) 🫶🏻👌🏼
