@JasonSMyer What I do have is a routine, by the power of autism, I can reliably remember to do self care tasks. But if that routine is disrupted, like if I’m traveling, it takes way more effort. Always making micro-decisions consciously is exhausting. I wouldn’t be able to travel alone tbh.

One thing I will never do again as a therapist is watch reality TV. When I was younger I didn’t really understand how much manipulation, exploitation and even abuse occured.
