Learning and supporting each other through helpful code reviews
The first event focused on using project templates to get started when beginning @p5xjs or @ProcessingOrg projects.
The templates we looked at are here:

Processing - https://t.co/t6yVypvaRI
🙌 Ben has written and maintained the core Processing source code (libraries and editor) for 21+ years now. He has created free and open software that is used by students, artists, technologists, and +++ around the 🌏 @ben_fry@ProcessingOrg https://t.co/2v62DiYtbe
We are planning another event before the end of year.
Meanwhile you can take a look at the website for an overview of what was discussed at the first event.

Get in touch either here or on the website to get more info and join the next event. 👋
The first event is in the bag!! Although 'event' is a little grandiose for what we had but it was great nonetheless. A big thank-you to @andor_saga for joining in to help us work out the kinks.

@Kimillo_gd Hi Charlotte, we finally have our act together and are ready to host the first (and hopefully super informal/fun) session on Thursday at 8pm (EST)! Let me know if you're interested and we'll send you an invite. 😃

Hi! This is Creative Code Review. It is a new group started in May 2020 that will organize events for people who enjoy creative coding and want to participate in code reviews. We are running our first Code Review this July. Let us know if you're interested. #creativecoding#YAY
As the question comes up regularly, here is a thread about the tools I'm using to create my loops.
All are published on @observablehq 🖤, using only #JavaScript and #GLSL.
Let's start with the first one 🛠⬇
Quick update: We are moving the date to Thursday Nov 5th, 8-9P (EST). This change will enable more people to be able to participate.
We have a few spots left!!

Well now, look at that! It is October already and we CLEARLY did not hit our goal of running our first review during July! 😳 Oh well, let's chalk it up to being 2020 and start moving onwards and upwards.
Our new plan is to run a session on Wednesday Nov 4th from 8-9pm (EST).
This is great. Thank you!
The more we can share and be able to see behind the curtains of how work is made helps demystify the process.
Looking forward to following the journey!!
Hi folks! We are starting something new: a project developed in the open here on Twitter. We call it Work/Space and will share everything from concept sketches and moodboards, through data viz, to prototypes and final renders. Why?
