@GNRailUK@networkrail Get the bosses down here to talk to us on X.
The poor social media team take the brunt, and the anger felt my your customers is never truly translated. “Here’s the complaint form” is as far as an our voice can ever get.
And top lying to us. The issues have been staff shortages
@GNRailUK what’s your plans for Wednesday night post 10pm on the London > Hitchin route?
Do you have drivers confirmed on rota?
Are people going to be safe to watch the game in london and have a chance to get back home?
@GNRailUK How can people check long before travelling when you give them fk all notice?
You guys are an absolute joke.
Day after day after day the same failures and totally aparhy
@GNRailUK@SpennyIan It’s 35 degrees guys.
Thats an ordinary day for plenty of countries with a working rail network.
Both your approach and resilience has been a joke
@TLRailUK@jayrahman83 That’s nonsense. Any other industry will be forced to still deliver despite staff shortage. Stop relying on overtime, hire people.
If people don’t show up because they’d rather sit in a beer garden, fire them
@GNRailUK To echo the others, you provide a service.
If your drivers have signed up for overtime, and then don’t come in because it’s nicer to be at home… fire them.
In any other walk of professional life, you’d all be removed
@GNRailUK the pre-emptive changes to services for this “severe” weather (as you call it) are way over the top.
Other train companies are not doing this.
There are essential workers (and non essential workers) who have no choice but to travel, and you are making our lives hell
@GNRailUK this has been going on for 3 years now. Late trains continually never available. Is this cost saving? You don’t need to shut a line nightly for 3 years
