I've always loved @Spotify and their audiobook feature especially. 6 hours into a book it says I'm out of my 15 hours. Customer support not helping. Disappointed as a long-term customer. I have to wait a month for answers. Support useless. Get better Spotify.
Have you used @feverup_br? Relatively easy to purchase things (when you figure out) but bad customer service if you have issues. No clarity, no apologies, multiple steps, no ownership and at no point "hassle-free." Don't pay extra for the security of your purchase, not worth it.
Curious, what’s the theory behind banning small empty bags at @budweiserstage? The staff say it was because @cityandcolour required it. I’d love to learn why.

Burnout cultures exhaust us through the week and force us to recharge on the weekends. Healthy cultures provide daily space to refuel.

@TekSavvyNetwork failed me four times. @rogers hasn’t been much better with local service issues recently. Who do you recommend for internet? (I’m without it for 4 days this week.)
@TekSavvyCSR@Rogers Sadly it’ll be days before service can be restored. The manager said I should have had a backup line like their rural employees do. Why does shipping take 3 days and only happens on weekday afternoons?

@RogersHelps is doing work nearby causing @TekSavvyNetwork to go down for since Friday (and there neighbours issues). Companies need better ways to monitor and faster support service. 24+ hours to review and then send a tech seems as ridiculous as screwing in the coax cable.😏
