@flyspicejet @MoCA_GoI @DGCAIndia Had SpiceJet responded to my repeated requests in time, I would have followed the prescribed procedure. Any loss of waiver/refund caused by the lack of timely response should NOT be held against me.

@flyspicejet @MoCA_GoI @DGCAIndia I should NOT be denied the medical waiver/refund because I cancelled the ticket myself or because of a no-show. I am cancelling BEFORE departure and BEFORE the applicable deadline.

@MoCA_GoI @flyspicejet while i have been following since 12 days for medical waiver, i have not been told by airlines to cancel my tickets which is of 30 aug. Pls confirm as medical waiver is still not given and case is open. I m not sure about tickets to be cancelled or not.

@MoCA_GoI Hello, it would be completely addressed if i m told what to do. There was no ans with u also whether i should cancel my flight or not. There is no clarity what to do and airlines not saying anything so as to make no show possible and devoid me any possibility of waiver.

Pls note. Flight date is 30 aug and in case of delay in solution which seems it will happen, i m bound to get applicable refund/ positive response from airlines . Delay is on their part and i should not hear that now flight has departed

I have already submitted all medical documents still there is no revert since 3 days on that mail. There is huge delay from ur side and flight is in 3 days.@MoCA_GoI fya
