Hey @AmericanAir wtf is happening with flight 2196? First, you have a bald tire and we sit for an 1.5 hrs in a hot and useless aircraft, then you can’t find another plane, now we are delayed until 12:15 with no sign of luggage or any cool air. That’s 4 hours. Explain yourselves.

@AmericanAir Absolutely never again. Have been sitting on 2 different hot aircraft’s for 4 hours so far. The first one had bald tires. Then they didn’t know where to send us for the 2nd. No luggage, crew is timed out, there’s simply no excuse for treating your customers this way

Hey @msyinfo, we left on @AmericanAir 24 hours ago with a 7 hour layover in Miami and reached our destination in Paris. How are our 2 bags still at MSY? You had 4 other flights go through Miami and plenty of ways to get this to us. I need confirmation you will send our damn bags

@AmericanAir Great job on losing my bag twice. Got a call 7 hours ago that the bag would be delivered and now 1. I haven’t heard a word from the delivery contractor and 2. No one at @AmericanAir can even tell me where the bag is or reach delivery people. Unprofessional doesn’t even cover it.
