@myhermes 17/02 my son in UK sent a parcel, I'm stuck in France. It hasn't arrived. Ringing UK help line refers me to hermes international chat line. The chat tells me I have to contact my vendor which of course doesn't help. My medicine is in the parcel and I'm running short.
