@Zegman14 @AFC__Xtra They could have paid £10m for Monga but the reason they were negotiating was because Ngumoha was under £7m at tribunal for Liverpool. Arsenal were trying to negotiate at that level not sure why City have gone in at £12m when a tribunal wouldn’t have set it that high.
