I don't judge people who wait in line or go to crowded places for a certain experience. A lot of people stand in line. Some for an iPhone, some for coffee, and some for our beloved Bappa.
I just never found my own reason to stand in line voluntarily, because here I never could.

0.4% might not sound a much but paisa is paisa. Merchants will encourage cash payments, nai toh they will take UPI in someone personal account. Tracking of spends will become difficult, and I wonder if it will lead to less tax collection. Ulta government ko hee bhari pade

Problem with charges on UPI transaction to Merchants is, that it will be eventually be beared by us. Normal day to day life might be unaffected, but pricing in good restaurants, cafe, sunday movies will be increased or UPI will be avoided through cheap tactics.
