Unemployed workers didn’t cause this crisis! Workers deserve dignified jobs that pay a livable wage for families as we overcome this pandemic.
Text “WORK” TO 40649 to make sure your voice is heard so we do not lose the federal pandemic unemployment insurance. #FixUI#NewNormal
Just to recap: Congress members who get $174k a year in publicly-funded pay, publicly-funded health care, publicly-funded pensions, publicly-funded travel, and unlimited publicly-funded vacation and sick time think $300 a week for unemployment is "too socialist."
We call on @POTUS and the federal government to intervene and not let states cut off potentially millions of claimants from unemployment benefits. Pandemic not over, people still can’t find suitable jobs, need to support their families

@NBCNews@UnemploymentPUA I'm sure most of us have jobs to return to, but not until our employers feels it's safe enough. Why are we being held accountable for a pandemic that we didn't ask for. So maybe they need to rethink this. Or walk a mile in our shoes.
@ExtendPua@henrymcmaster@POTUS@USDOL Wow, he doesn't realize what he's doing to his future votes. The people of SC should call him every day until he folds like a lawn chair.
This is NOT OKAY. Longterm unemployed & all PUA recipients in MT lose all assistance in June. The federal gov't needs to make the pandemic unemployment programs mandatory for states before more states follow suit. Then extend the programs throughout the crisis & federalize UI.
NEW MEMO: National voters support transforming the current unemployment system to one that will properly sustain families and the economy.

@schwiebe1 @RonWyden@SenateDems@HouseDemocrats@TheDemocrats@justicedems@USSenate Please extend the unemployment benefits until this pandemic is over. As people aren't able to return back to their jobs yet or aren't able to find employment that pays them what they made before this pandemic.
@schwiebe1 @RonWyden@SenateDems@HouseDemocrats@TheDemocrats@justicedems@USSenate Please return the FPUC Retro from July to Dec at $600. The $300 is appreciated, but it's not really helping with ppl having to pay taxes on their unemployment and having to catch up from when they didn't receive their unemployment on time due to no fault of their own.
