@packyM Nothing in the instructions says you can't cut the tetronimoes up into 4 squares. There are many ways to then satisfy the brief, and stratch the destructive itch caused by the silly question.

@ThankGod1903 As another poster said, Nd5 instead of Rb3 is possibly even stronger, but also tactically trickier. After Rb3 Qa5 a3! Bxc3 Qc5 e4 white has a huge edge and bishop pair in a simple position. I play the Englund myself but Qe7 verges on lost.

@ThankGod1903 Like others have pointed out, Bf4 is by far strongest. Idea isn't to hold onto the pawn, but to force black to waste multiple moves to win it back, all the while developing at pace. Bf4 Qb4+ Bd2 Qxb2 Nc3 Bb4 Rb1 Qa3 Rb3 white is almost winning

@MaxChess_ My observations: gh Nf6#. Also gh Rg2 and mate is unavoidable. But most importantly, h5? Since Nf6+ gf h5# is way cooler. Pawn mate should always be aspired to for max humiliation.

@XoXoBnyGrl Remember that most people never make 1100, and you were able to generate winning chances in all games. Just keep analysing, trying to understand why the mistakes happened, what you misunderstood in those positions... you'll get there!

@agadmator b4 is the first idea I see... Bb6 locked with little to attack and can't attack b4, whereas Ne1-c2-a3 attacks b5 which black can't defend. Blacks king has no k-side access. I could be wrong, I'm certainly not 2700... but b4 is my shout.

@XoXoBnyGrl The moral of the story - easy for me to say now with someone else's rating - ignore ratings. Play the strongest players you can, analyse the games closely, learn from them... you'll become way stronger that way than from running scared of the chance to play these people.

@XoXoBnyGrl I made the mistake of worrying about my rating lots when I was growing up... I went through years of offering draws when completely winning against 1800-2100 players, my rating creeping up as a result. When I stopped offering draws, I reached a rating over 2000with ease...
