Hi @JioCare @reliancejio, is it your standard practice to first delay an installation of a new internet connection, finally not do so, and then refuse to refund the amount paid? It is now coming to the point where I am going to have to take this matter up with @jagograhakjago.

Sunil Valson, who never even made his India debut, got a World Cup medal in 1983. I am absolutely not going to begrudge him that, but it is insane that Pratika isn't getting one despite her playing such a vital role in India making the playoffs.

I think the rules don't allow that, but I also think no one will mind if the ICC changes that and gives out similar medals to her, and to others in retrospect (like Jason Gillespie for the 2003 Men's World Cup etc).
