Had the misfortune to buy 3 appliances from @BoschGlobal. All have given issues. Key one is the veg in the fridge keep swimming in water. Their engineer accepted that on visit but some suit in back office insists fridge is working perfectly. Service is as bad as their products!

Electric & gas up for renewal so rang around. Sam @YunoEnergy was superb. John (doubt that’s his name) @EnergiaEnergy was complete opposite, rude & dismissive. Both helped make my decision, companies often forget how important service is & how their call centre represent them.
