Y'all say
"love and respect our veterans"
"love and respect our elders"
"love and respect sick and disabled people"
But then continue to gather with others and refuse to wear masks when you could have the virus and no symptoms and spread this disease that is KILLING them!!!
as an english-speaking gentile I'm still learning all the time how absolutely steeped our language is in antisemitism. own up to it when you're called out, educate yourself, & cut that shit out
We can blame Trump and Woodward all we want, but after a certain point, we’re going to have to come to terms with the fact you all saw disabled and elderly people as disposable and didn’t think it reasonable to hold your politicians and selves to account.

PSA:
The statement “NOTHING ABOUT US WITHOUT US” has been the rallying cry for disability rights in the US. Please don’t erase us by using it for other things without an acknowledgement of its origins.
@MalBlum i screamed pretty much the entire time while watching, and all i have to say is this:
the phrase "quit while you're ahead" was created for Mal Blum, Quarantine Haircut™ 2k20
Ableds, quick question:
Now that you’re using accessibility tools disabled people have fought for (and often still don’t get), would you classify your needs as “special?”
As in “special needs?”
Or do you just have needs that need to be met?
Don’t say “quality of life” when you really mean “potential for capitalistic output.”
You’re not judging disabled people’s quality of life because that’s a subjective measurement based on your own values. You’re actually just talking about our ability to produce for capitalism.
