@fawnwhisker@kagstinycrown The series as a whole is called “Free!” and there’s a few seasons, a few season compilation movies with added scenes, a few original story movies, and I think a couple light novels. There’s also some songs sung by the Japanese VAs, and some drama CDs
@_daifei If you haven’t tried it yet and can, get a cushion with a tailbone cutout! I’m not in a lot of desk chairs, but I’m a wheelchair user and that cutout can really help with back pain since it removes excess pressure while still supporting you. They defs make some for office chairs
@F1NG3RSMUSIC —with each finger so that I don’t have to try and figure out which one is which. I’ve also got fragile skin and they’ve never caused any issues for me, the ends of the wire are really well finished.
@F1NG3RSMUSIC —because sometimes my fingers swell a bit. It can take a little while to get them, but they’re definitely worth it. I’ve never had one break, I’ve only had to buy replacements for ones I’ve managed to lose. I store them in a box with foam that I’ve cut slits in and labelled—
@F1NG3RSMUSIC —comment just in case because I only found out about them when someone else told me. They really have helped with reducing my finger pain with stuff like typing and gaming.
@F1NG3RSMUSIC I’m not sure if you’ve tried them, but for day-to-day stuff, ring splints help a lot with my finger pain. I get the slightly adjustable kind, but they are really good for stopping hyperextension. My friend really likes your music and was telling me about you, and I figured I’d—
@Coffeeclaws@ArtySkox I have a thirdhand silhouette cameo (original). Definitely loud, and I typically have to set it to two passes for HTV, but it still works great. Had an issue with the software at one point and Silhouette helped me out for free to get it working, which was a very nice surprise!
@starvingvampyr There’s also single-use toothbrushes with toothpastes built in! You just need smth to spit in if you don’t want to swallow. I use ones from Colgate, which also have a little floss pick on the end. They’re small but effective & great for bed use, soft rubber bristles.
@starvingvampyr can be used in bed. Easiest with a spray bottle of water to wet them, and then a washcloth/paper towels/whatever you want to dry yourself after using them. Been using them for years, I have sensitive skin and haven’t had issues (so far, knock on wood). Baby wipes for crotch/face!
@starvingvampyr My tip for this if you get too smelly/dirty for baby wipes to be effective, get no-rinse shower wipes! I use the ones from hygienjoy and cut them into quarters. Can only shower twice a week, they’ve saved me. Dirt, sweat, whatever it is they tackle it efficiently, cheaply, &—
@teilzeitveck I think it was a really fun picrew and you did a really good job w the multicolour hair options! If you ever want references for hair or mobility aids or anything, feel free to message me. You had a lot of options that aren’t typically in other picrews and I think that’s valuable
We need to stop calling art content and content art. People’s creative expression that they put their heart into is art. AI generated images aren’t, and even calling them content is generous. Creatives deserve better than “content creator” and soulless theft will never be art.
@fiddleheadfinn Eyyy high five!! Honestly working with them was great and if you’re ever interested, I’m sure they’d love having more wheelchair users and nonbinary people on their site! I’m glad they’re useful for you 💕

The pneumonia outbreak in China has led some of the usual suspects to wheel out the 'immunity debt' nonsense. We need a new story for the immune system. Here's one about snakes🧵
