@nxwestmidlands I used your bus service yesterday and have been charged £13.40 overnight, I travel paying by contactless so should have qualified for the day ticket price of £5.20. Fab you advise why o was over charged and arrange a refund
I was told I was being charged but I explained it was due to lack of movement, and excessive time. The products were non perishable so would not spoil, please issue a refund or credit, I paid for items and I didn’t get them
@Ubereats4_ I’ve been trying to get a refund for an order which I had to cancel on 24th August as the delivery time well in excess of what was reasonable, the driver on tracker was stationary for most of the time, I think had a web chat with you and your promised a refund
@AvantiWestCoast hi, on the 15:10 from Euston to Birmingham. Your carriages were all mixed up, E my coach was first class so had to move and my part of 4 who’s seats booked together had to split up. You staff were so rude and argumentative. Disgusting
@Tesco bit concerned that an oven bake lasagne from you which is in a plastic tray suitable for the over has melted and stuck to mine. This could be dangerous

@Philips could you help me understand why when I bought 2 replacement grills for my one blade, which weigh next to nothing, your postage costs are more expensive than one of the grills, how can you justify that’s extortionate cost?
@coopuk are there issues with the parcel return points at your shop? I tried to return an Everi parcel at a shop but the printer wasn’t working, I tried to return a parcel via yodel but printer wasn’t working in another shop, very frustrating
@waitrose never been let down by you before but tonight I have had a messy experience because I put this meal in the oven and the tray melted, so not only did I not have my meal, but I need a professional cleaner to sort my oven!

@ThreeUK you have failed to refund me and instead claimed I owe you money and sent my files to a credit collection agency. You have now breached GDPR by sending me another customer letter about their lost iPhone. Including their fill name, address and mobile. CEOs office reply?

@bt_uk Hi Laura, I’ve been on the phone this morning …holding for ages but got through eventually. I’ve proved I sent the equipment back, which I didn’t need obviously. The experience overall has been abysmal, good help customers never mind staff
@bt_uk as an employee of Openreach who took out a staff offer of broadband, end of January and had to cancel in May as it still wasn’t connected and now being chased for the return of equipment that I couldn’t use and did return some weeks ago! Someone needs to review this
