Yesterday on my bus ride home from work, that appears to have ended. If I am ever able to access twitter again via my favorite app, I might be back. If not, it's been great. Farewell to all my tweeps. I've enjoyed learning from you.
And for you, @elonmusk, a hearty fuck off
For nearly thirteen years I've been relatively happy using this service through a third-party app. Recently it's been great because I could just read the people I follow. No algorithmic feed or other bullshit
@engineering_bae One heuristic I’ve been trying to use more is “value”. I can’t do all the things, so I try to ask myself “of all the things I could do, which are the ones that get the greatest value from having me do them?”
For the rest, if I can’t delegate it’ll still be there tomorrow.
@HammerToe Her video of Robert Plant singing Kashmir is one of my favorites. She literally laughs out loud at some point, overwhelmed by the joy she feels at his performance. It’s a great moment.
The second half of 2022 knocked me clean out of my comfort zone. Way out.
It’s been a while since that last happened. 2023 will be interesting if nothing else.
certainly possible to read this as domestic gladio, but reading between the lines it seems like having a grandfather who’s a state representative in an entirely different state is enough to just make everything up until a mass shooting go away for you
@BriannaWu This is Stella. Has exceeded expectations for floofiness, squirrel chasing, barking at visitors. Shows high potential for growth in mud rolling. Has at least six square inches on her head that have yet to be covered.
