@mattemmert85 Vizit and work!! I have family in Boston, but most of the time I spend in CT, work in MLS academy?

[Jose Tavares @crislia1]

Work this way not for everyone :) Portuguese coaches are all over the world what I was do 2 years back is no longer been use, we innovate

[Jose Tavares @crislia1]

And you teach the game at any level by playing football with small side the games with goals objectives intensity and transition!!

[Jose Tavares @crislia1]

The game is global, you can separate tactical, tecnhic, physical and mental my training session all have this plus the 4 moment of the game

[Jose Tavares @crislia1]

Steve Jobs, Leonardo da Vinci, Mark Zuckerberg, they were all innovators of their times, why should do like everyone else?

[Jose Tavares @crislia1]

No one make history by conforming or following the the norm, Just why Mourinho is the best, innovate or die.

[Jose Tavares @crislia1]
