Got to my room and it was filthy like all they did was make the bed and change the towels. & even so there was hair on the bed that wasnt even mine.

It was like night and day. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. A motel wouldve been the same quality. @extended

So we ended up having to pay without the discount. On top of the the man who originally helped said hed set us up next to the bar as well. We were on the last lane by the wall. All around a bad experience.

Horrible experience here. Made a reservation for my fathers birthday & specified my brother will be booking he is Military. The person who made our contract informed us they will apply the discount when he shows ID in person they dont do it over the phone.

We get there & the manager smuggly says its incorrect & we wont be getting that discount its for walk ins only. So we said can we cancel and take us as a walk in. Nope, we'd lose our 50% deposit paid prior.
