@vijay27anand Testing in second wave also was around 1.5 lakhs. Contact tracing was done only in first way, second wave onwards it was voluntary...people not testing also means severity is very less ..Govt doesnt reduce testing, its people who are able to manage without testing, we can ignore

Active count is 45738 in both TN bulletin (under Chennai) and sum of all zones from Chennai Corporation are exactly same....where some of these zones belongs to KTC district. It is active count in Chennai district as per bulletin.Can you confirm all zones here are part of Chennai district. Have little bit of politeness while discussing.
