Today marks 130 days since the last time I stepped on the field as a coach. Since then, I have learned that perception is absolutely not reality and softball has become increasingly more toxic each year.

You can't control:
Weather
Field Conditions
Umpire calls
Coach's Decisions
Opponents actions

But you can control:
Your preparation
Your attitude
Your mindset
Your hustle
Your energy
Your focus
Your effort

Be a great teammate & always control what you can control!

On every team, there is a core group that sets the tone for everyone else.

If the tone is positive, you have half the battle won. 🏆

If it is negative, you are beaten before you ever walk on the field. 🏟️

Give women the same opportunities and let the viewers decide!
