@FirstPortHelp are the worst management company. Don’t respond to solicitor queries leaving you stuck for weeks/months with a property you are trying to sell, because they are completely unresponsive when you need them. But they send you invoices in advance and expect payment!

@FirstPortHelp I’ve been waiting for over a month for a response for a rectification document regarding my parking space. I’ve been passed from person to person with no answer. My sale is about to fall through as a result. Left 15 requests and voicemails, awful customer service!

@FitnSuperstore Don’t order from this company! I ordered a spin bike 5 weeks ago, when delivered, it looked like a used bike, sent photos of damage and all they offer is 2 months of extended warranty, and told me the damage is only cosmetic???? The customer service is a joke!!!

@UberEats terrible service all they do after delaying an order for two hours is delete it. No compensation at all. Use @Deliveroo instead

@UberEats ordered a delivery at 10.08am and keep getting delayed. Currently at an hour and half to deliver 1.5 miles! Awful service #deliveroowouldhaveofferedabetterservice

@O2 ordered my iPhone 7plus 1.5 hours after preorder opened and still haven't received because out of stock. Awful customer service!
