A short primer on #reproducibility by our team is now out at @Curr_Protocols, intended for researchers who want to get into some good repro practices. Covers transparent reporting of methods, data sharing, and much more! Read at: https://t.co/rSY6qeue92
There are many dubious papers on correcting for multiple comparisons. And the issue is so simple:
1) You need to control error rates of claims. If multiple tests inflate error rates, you must lower alpha.
2) you adjust on the level of a claim.

Working locally to promote #reproducibility with @STOPEN_UNIST. Introducing #registeredreports, where we'll help student authors work on their protocol, register it, conduct the study, and eventually publish it if all goes well. Read more at: https://t.co/JmtaqEy9DW
We're alive on X, just busy!
Had a great chance to hold an online lecture on #reproducibility for @udruga_penkala yesterday as part of their #openaccess week.
Thanks for the invite - happy to do it again!
🇭🇷 Hvala na pozivu - rado ćemo se odazvati opet! 😄

I’ve decided to start a blog! Primarily to practice writing and coding, but the content might be useful to others, so I’m sharing here. I’m open to feedback/suggestions if anyone’s interested! (I’ll just report any negative comments 🥰) https://t.co/MfyxDCYtCP
Join this Thursday for a very interesting webinar by Embassy Founder @mhmd_hosseini on the ethics of using AI in Research, hosted by our colleagues at @NRIN_Integrity ! You can still register for the event below
Our first study is out! Through #focusgroups, we explored stakeholders' perspectives on #reproducibility and our website, which hosts tools and materials on reproducibility and #openscience. More at: https://t.co/TzYMrhlL3W
Thanks to the Adris Foundation for funding our work, as well as our participants for their time and knowledge. Congratulations to all our members, especially the #research team.
